Recipe: Chana Masala

Ingredients

onions

cloves garlic

cm of ginger

Chili as you like. Fresh, dryed, spicy, mild, everything goes.

tbsp oil (e.g. linseed)

Spices:
- garam masala
- cumin
- coriander
- curcuma
- chili powder
- sugar
- pepper
- salt

lime juice
-
ml vegetable stock

cans of chunky tomatoes (~ ml)

cans of chickpeas (~ g)

block of tofu ( g)
Instructions
- Blend onions, cloves of garlic, cm of ginger and chili as you like.
- Heat a pan with with the oil, transfer the blended mass to the pan and sweat it a little
- Add the spices ( tbsp garam masala, tbsp cumin, tbsp sugar and of coriander, curcuma, chili powder each)
- add chickpeas, tomatoes and tofu
- cook it unit it's good
- season to taste with salt, pepper, lime juice
