Recipe: Chili

I'll have to cook for ~30 people soon, and as everybody loves chili, I've decided to go with it. I've cooked it way I like it, and noted down the ingredients and quantities that I used. This helped me to scale up properly.
So, why shouldn't I share that with the world? Guess I'll be the only one who ever reads this anyway 😂 So here we go...

Ingredients
- 
g ( pack) minced veggie protein like (e.g. dmBio Veggie Hack)
 - 
large onion
 - 
leeks
 - 
bell pepper
 - 
carrots
 - 
tsp cumin
 - 
tsp paprika
 - 
tsp cinnamon
 - 
tbsp sugar
 - 
tbsp soy sauce
 - 
tbsp tomato paste
 - 
ml sieved tomatoes
 - 
garlic cloves
 - 
some dashes of lemon juice
 - 
nutritional yeast or veggie stock
 - 
g ( can) of white beans
 - 
g ( can) of kidney beans
 - 
g ( can) of sweet corn
 
Instructions
- Chop onions and leeks. Sweat with some oil in a pot.
 - Add the veggies and spices. Sweat some more.
 - Add tomato paste and sweat.
 - Add everything else: sieved tomatoes, soy sauce, lemon juice, garlic, beans and corn.
